We are currently taking applications from vibrant and highly motivated hospitality professionals of all genders and backgrounds to deliver exceptional guest experiences at Oncore by Clare Smyth.

Located within Crown Sydney, Oncore delivers world-class service and culinary artistry under the guidance of Clare Smyth, the first and only British female chef to hold three Michelin stars and three Chef’s Hats.

We are currently seeking passionate hospitality professionals to join the team and gain valuable experience for the festive season. This short-term opportunity is ideal for those looking to contribute to an exceptional guest experience during our busiest and most celebrated time of year. You’ll be supported by a dedicated leadership team and work alongside some of the industry’s finest talent.

ABOUT YOU

To be considered, you’ll bring an understanding of the hospitality industry, proven experience, impeccable grooming standards, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest service. You’ll be a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and supports others as an all-rounder.

To be successful, you’ll:

• Have a passion and knowledge of cocktails, wine, beers, and spirits
• Be enthusiastic about customer service
• Be reliable and trustworthy
• Demonstrate excellent time management skills
• Carry high attention to detail
• Be available for late-night shifts
• Hold a current NSW RSA certificate
