In this role, you'll:

 

Have a chance to contribute to landmark infrastructure projects. While working within the Engineering & Maintenance Division, which is responsible for maintaining and renewing essential civil rail infrastructure across the Sydney Trains network, You will have the opportunity to work on the iconic Hawkesbury River Bridge Upgrade. You will work alongside experienced project managers and construction teams to resolve issues, ensure technical specifications are met, safety standards are upheld, and all work is completed to time and quality expectations. You’ll be helping to deliver infrastructure that directly improves reliability and service for Sydney Trains customers.

 

 

About you

 

You are a seasoned Engineer, ideally with a strong background in the delivery of bridge or structural engineering projects. You hold relevant civil or structural engineering qualifications and have an extensive background in the delivery of civil or structural construction projects - ideally within the rail industry. You’re comfortable interpreting technical documents, resolving design issues, working across teams, and contributing to a positive safety culture. If you have strong experience working on active construction sites, managing interfaces between stakeholders, and conducting quality assurance activities, you’ll thrive in this role.
