Position Overview
United Health Services is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead innovative strategies that connect patients, providers, and communities in meaningful ways. Job Responsibilities:
Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across social media, email, website, and search marketing channels to increase engagement and patient conversion.
Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics, including ROI and patient acquisition data, to continuously refine campaigns and maximize effectiveness.
Oversee the creation, curation, and scheduling of digital content across platforms, ensuring alignment with brand voice, audience needs, and marketing goals.
Lead efforts to enhance website performance, focusing on user experience (UX), mobile responsiveness, and search engine optimization (SEO) to improve visibility and usability.
Proactively manage the organization’s digital presence across review sites and social media, responding to patient feedback and maintaining a positive brand image.
Collaborate with clinical and compliance teams to ensure all marketing communications adhere to healthcare regulations and reflect accurate, ethical messaging.
Position Qualifications:
Minimum Required:
Associate Degree with five plus years of experience.
Knowledge of healthcare marketing regulations (HIPAA compliance, medical advertising guidelines)
Experience with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing platforms)
Understanding of SEO/SEM best practices
Experience with online reputation management tools and strategies, including monitoring review platforms, responding to patient feedback, and crisis communication in digital environments
Content creation and copywriting skills
Experience with patient privacy requirements in digital communications
Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Marketing
Project management capabilities
Cross-functional collaboration with clinical and administrative teams
Budget management for digital marketing initiatives
Knowledge of healthcare consumer behavior and patient journey mapping
