We are seeking a motivated Event Marketing Assistant to join a progressive marketing and events firm in the local region. This innovative company specializes in cost-effective marketing campaigns and business development strategies for clients, delivering high-quality results at a fraction of the standard cost.

As an entry-level team member, you will receive comprehensive training in marketing strategy, direct brand education, promotional techniques, visual merchandising, and inventory control. Upon completion of training, you may advance to a Team Lead position in the Marketing Department. The Event Marketing Assistant reports directly to the Executive Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the daily growth and development of campaigns

• Support customer acquisition and retention efforts

• Manage the needs of external customers with professionalism

• Develop leadership and interpersonal skills

• Drive sales through retail promotional campaigns

• Build brand recognition through events and experiential marketing

• Strategize, execute, and manage with the Brand Ambassador team

• Interact and communicate with customers

• Problem solve and make professional judgments

Requirements:

• Ability to work full-time hours and some weekends for special events

• Excels in both independent assignments and team projects

• Willingness to travel 1–2 weeks a year for training
