Description

 We are seeking a motivated and tactful Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. While prior experience in customer service or sales is a plus, it is not required. We are looking for someone with a strong desire to learn, excellent attention to detail, a solid grasp of business math, and the drive to succeed. If you’re eager to grow your skills and provide outstanding customer support, we want to hear from you. 

Requirements

 

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and requests, ensuring timely and professional responses.
     
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and support the Outside Sales Team in managing accounts.
     
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions based on product knowledge and business value.
     
  • Coordinate with Operations to provide accurate order status updates.
     
  • Conduct post-sale follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and address any ongoing needs.
     
  • Assist in resolving issues, escalating when necessary, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and tact.


 

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
     
  • High level of professionalism, emotional intelligence, and tact.
     
  • Solid understanding of business math and basic problem-solving skills.
     
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and accountable for delivering quality work.
     
  • Ability to adapt to changing customer needs and work effectively in a team environment.
     
  • Confidence in managing customer interactions and providing solutions.


Schedule:

Monday- Friday 8am-5pm


Office Environment with some light warehouse when needed.
