- Senior
We believe technology can champion deeper connections within families, strengthen bonds, and improve communication. Our family of brands provides a range of solutions that streamline daily routines, offer resources and guidance during challenging times, and help families navigate those challenges with confidence, calm, and ease.
We’re seeking a Senior iOS Engineer to join our Growth team. This team is focused on the most critical moments of the customer journey: helping families sign up, subscribe, activate, and manage their accounts in ways that maximize both user experience and business impact.
What you will accomplish:
In your first month, you’ll set up your local environment, ship your first small contribution, and learn the rhythms of our pod. You’ll get exposure to our signup, payment, and onboarding flows, while building connections with product, design, QA, and backend teammates.
By day 60, you’ll be comfortable operating within our development lifecycle from planning through production releases. You’ll have hands-on experience running experiments in the iOS app, contributing to in-app purchase flows, and collaborating on cross-platform initiatives. You’ll begin designing instrumentation to ensure experiments produce clean, actionable data.
By 90 days, you’ll be an autonomous operator, able to own the delivery of subscription and onboarding flows end-to-end. You’ll shape pod-level technical plans, contribute reusable Growth components, and mentor peers on best practices. You’ll help balance speed of iteration with app quality and user trust. By this point, you’ll be an active participant in our Mobile Guild, bringing your experience and expertise to bear on issues and opportunities that arise for your peers.
Beyond your first few months, you’ll influence platform-level decisions in Growth (e.g., signup journeys across iOS, Android, and Web). You’ll integrate AI-powered tools into workflows, scaling your own impact and helping the team adopt new ways of working. You’ll continue to drive experiments that improve conversion, activation, and retention, directly impacting top-line results.
Who you are:
- Confident craftsperson. You have the tools you need to solve most problems, are comfortable evaluating multiple approaches, and make pragmatic choices given the constraints.
- AI fluent and curious. You are passionate about using modern AI tools (Cursor, Claude, MCP servers, agents) to accelerate development and improve outcomes.
- Data-driven operator. You believe in the scientific method — hypothesize, measure, learn — and you design clean instrumentation to power reliable insights.
- Pragmatic optimizer. You embrace a bias for action. In Growth, the fastest path to good enough is often the best way forward.
- Curious collaborator. You value the variety of challenges a cross-functional team encounters and embrace unexpected hurdles with an open mindset. You seek to understand the business outcome beyond the requirements documentation.
- Champion of inclusion. You create space for diverse voices and help guide the team toward the best solutions.
- Low ego, high integrity. You value doing what’s right over being right, and you’re comfortable course-correcting when a better path arises.
What you bring:
- 5+ years of iOS development experience building and shipping apps at scale.
- Strong proficiency in Swift and experience with SwiftUI.
- Hands-on experience with StoreKit (StoreKit 2 preferred), in-app purchases, and subscription management.
- Familiarity with Combine or modern async/await concurrency.
- Experience integrating feature flagging and experimentation tools such as LaunchDarkly or Optimizely.
- Comfort with analytics and instrumentation frameworks (Firebase Analytics, Amplitude, Segment, etc.) and designing event schemas.
- Experience with CI/CD for mobile (Fastlane, Firebase App Distribution, App Store/TestFlight).
- Familiarity with app performance and monitoring tools (Xcode Instruments, Crashlytics, Sentry).
- Proven track record of delivering software from inception to release within a cross-functional team environment.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with deep linking and attribution for user acquisition flows.
- Experience building or optimizing cross-platform signup and subscription flows (iOS, Android, Web) to balance friction, compliance, and revenue impact.
- Exposure to cross-platform collaboration (Web, API, Android) for consistent Growth experiments.
- Working knowledge of third-party SDK integrations (payments, analytics, feature flagging, experimentation).
