- Presents opportunities and recommendations to management.
- Works with staff and management within the department and other business areas as required to fully understand business scope, business constraints, and business implications of analytical results.

- Provides feedback to department staff and management based on issues identified through data and quality review and analysis.

- Proactively communicates with department managers and key business areas.
- Identifies deficiencies and opportunities for improvement; monitors against expectations via report and data validation.
- Works within the department and other business areas to adjust policies & procedures, workflows, or desktop procedures to adapt to changing needs and requirements.
- Takes initiative to research issues, conduct root cause analysis, documents methodology, and prepares analytical results/summary findings/ presentation reports.
- Develops and maintains business requirement documents, including policies and procedures, desktop procedures, and training materials.
- Develops KPI and dashboards to track performance.
