Job Summary

Castalia Systems is seeking a Mid-Level Transportation and Logistics Analyst � All Source, INDOPACOM, to support to the government�s all source intelligence analysis of the Defense Resources and Infrastructure Office (DRI). DRI's mission is to catalog and analyze military and civilian infrastructure and defense-related resources that underpin a nation's or group's military capabilities-including transportation, logistics, defense economics, energy systems, arms trade, physical vulnerability to weapon effects, defense industries, and the operational environment-to support U.S. and allied planners, targeteers, warfighters, policymakers, partners, and acquisition officials.

Roles and Responsibilities

A qualified candidate will perform the following duties and responsibilities, but are not limited to:

• Conducts all-source analytic production on foreign logistics infrastructure facilities and networks associated with strategic mobility, sustainability, planning, and operations.
• Analytic topics include, but not limited to, roads, rail, inland waterway ports, depots, maintenance facilities and waterways to detem1ine physical characteristics, capacity, and vulnerabilities.
• Publishes vulnerability assessments of worldwide transportation and logistics control and automation systems.
• Conducts analysis of foreign military logistics systems, both conventional and nonconventional, from the command and organization structure, to storage and distribution networks.
• Maintain database records, initiative production, and coordination/collaboration

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience producing all-source intelligence analysis reports and briefings and input to IC databases or 7+ years of experience in all-source analysis in lieu of a degree.
• Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience with transportation and logistics systems, including railroads, roads/highways, bridges, storage facilities, ports, and airfields
• Experience with network development tools and methods
• Knowledge of ICD 203/206 analytic tradecraft standards
• Knowledge of the COMBATANT COMMANDS
