We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager who combines strategic vision with modern technology to attract, engage, and onboard top talent across our global organization. This role will lead the design and execution of an agile, data-driven recruitment strategy that supports our One Americhem culture and evolving professional level workforce needs.

You will leverage advanced recruiting tools, digital platforms, and analytics to ensure seamless, high-quality experience for both candidates and hiring managers—while continuously improving our global talent pipeline and onboarding effectiveness.

Position Requirements/Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a process leadership role managing global and multi-site recruitment.
  • Strong command of modern recruiting technologies and analytics (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, AI sourcing tools, digital onboarding platforms).
  • Proven success in building pipelines for professional roles up to executive level.
  • Deep understanding of employer branding, candidate experience, and diversity recruiting strategies.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills across all organizational levels.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into action.

Essential Duties:

Strategic Leadership

  • Partner with business and HR leaders across regions to understand workforce plans and build proactive recruiting strategies for key technical, commercial, and leadership roles.
  • Advance Americhem’s employer brand and global reputation as an employer of choice through digital campaigns, social media, and employee storytelling.
  • Use market insights and analytics to drive strategic hiring decisions, ensuring we attract diverse, high-performing talent aligned with Americhem’s values and business goals.

Technology & Process Optimization

  • Lead continuous improvement and digital transformation of the hiring process using tools AI-driven sourcing and onboarding technologies.
  • Implement and optimize systems that enhance visibility, speed, and quality of hire (e.g., dashboards, automation workflows, digital assessments).
  • Integrate onboarding platforms to deliver a consistent, welcoming, and tech-enabled new hire experience globally.

Operational Excellence

  • Manage and mentor internal HR partners to deliver consistent and high-quality recruiting outcomes across regions.
  • Track and report talent acquisition metrics—time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, cost-per-hire, candidate satisfaction—and use insights to drive process improvements.
  • Partner with Finance, HRBP, and Total Rewards to ensure competitiveness and alignment of offers with business expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with global hiring and data privacy standards (GDPR, EEO, etc.).

Candidate & Hiring Manager Experience

  • Train and coach hiring leaders on modern interviewing techniques, assessment tools, and inclusive hiring practices.
  • Champion a “high-touch meets high-tech” approach—combining human connection with digital convenience.
  • Oversee onboarding effectiveness to ensure new hires experience a smooth, engaging, and consistent entry into Americhem.
  • Build a strong culture of accountability and partnership between TA and business leaders.
  • Oversee onboarding programs to ensure new hires have a smooth and impactful start.
