The Gist…

We are seeking an experienced Mid-Level SharePoint   Developer to design, develop, and maintain SharePoint solutions for our   clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SharePoint   architecture, development best practices, and the ability to translate client   business requirements into effective technical solutions that enhance   collaboration and productivity.


What Your Day Might Include…

Solution Development

  • Design, develop, and deploy custom SharePoint   solutions for clients including web parts, workflows, forms, and applications
  • Maintain SharePoint sites, document libraries,   lists, and content types based on client requirements
  • Develop custom applications using SharePoint   Framework (SPFx), PowerShell, and REST APIs
  • Build and configure Power Automate flows and   Power Apps integrated with SharePoint for client environments

Technical Implementation

  • Implement SharePoint Online solutions   following Microsoft best practices
  • Create and maintain site templates, master   pages, and page layouts
  • Integrate SharePoint with other Microsoft   365 services (Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform)

Maintenance & Support

  • Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint-related   issues 
  • Monitor SharePoint environment health and   optimize performance
  • Provide technical support and training to   client end users and administrators

Collaboration & Documentation

  • Work closely with clients, product managers   and stakeholders to gather requirements
  • Create and maintain technical documentation   for client SharePoint solutions
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to   development standards
  • Mentor junior developers and share knowledge   with the team

Best Practices & Standards

  • Establish and enforce SharePoint development   best practices and coding standards for client projects
  • Provide recommendations to clients on   information architecture, governance, and security
  • Advise clients on optimal SharePoint   configurations and solutions
  • Conduct knowledge transfer sessions on   SharePoint best practices for client teams and end users
  • Stay current with Microsoft updates and   recommend adoption of new features and capabilities

  

Requirements

You’ll Bring These   Qualifications…

  • Bachelor's degree and 5 3-5 years of hands-on   SharePoint development experience
  • US Citizenship required in order to obtain   Public Trust
  • Proven experience with SharePoint Online and   SharePoint 2016/2019
  • Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx)   development
  • Proficiency in SharePoint Designer, Visual   Studio, and PowerShell
  • Strong understanding of SharePoint   architecture and information architecture principles
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem and Power   Platform
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving   abilities
  • Excellent communication skills, both written   and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a   team
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to   quality
  • Effective time management and ability to   handle multiple projects
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
