Additional Information: Show/Hide Skills and Qualifications - Excellent work attendance - Assists in the smooth and efficient operation of the office so that the office will have a positive impact on the education of all children - Perform a full range of office management, and secretarial support as assigned by the Administrator or designee. - Prepare a variety of reports, letters, and memos using available office and computer technology - Input and maintain student attendance data in the student management system in an accurate and timely manner - Prepare and maintain accurate records including student attendance, classroom lists, locker assignments, disciplinary action, suspensions, report cards, and other required student records - Prepare mailings and distribute mail - Greets visitors to the school while maintaining security protocols - Receive and route incoming calls and respond appropriately to requests for information - Maintain strict confidentiality regarding student and staff information
