NeoGenomics is looking for a Facilities Coordinator who wants to learn to continue to learn in order to allow our company to grow. This is an onsite position with a Monday – Friday, day shift.

Position Summary:
The primary goal of the Facilities Coordinator is to provide administrative support to the company with a primary focus on the Facilities Department.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate physical space functions for space planning including space inventory, space assignments, and physical moves
Coordinate Facilities third party vendors (Janitorial, Security, etc.) and building property management with scheduling repair and service calls
Front desk service support
Complete general facilities service tickets and maintain site ticket system
Process and coordinate all tasks for purchase orders, vendor payments, order placements, and receiving functions, etc.
Maintain purchase order request dashboard, Facilities work ticket system, vendor inventory, and department contracts
Education, Experience & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
3+ years as an administrative assistant is preferred
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in typing and working in MS office programs
