- Take care of residents’ meal requests during mealtimes, making sure they have what they need.
- Set up the dining room before meals and help clean up afterward.
- Keep the juice bar, coffee, and iced tea stocked and ready for residents.
- Make sure there are always enough clean utensils, cups, and glasses available.
- Pitch in with any other tasks as needed to help the team and support our residents.
- Prior serving or waitstaff experience is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- You're flexible, compassionate, and someone others can count on.
- You care about creating a welcoming, enjoyable dining experience for our residents.
- Good communication skills with both coworkers and residents.
- Experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care is a bonus — but if you're eager to learn and make a difference, we’d love to hear from you!
