Full-time | On-site | Monday–Friday, daytime business hours (plus occasional on-call)
Anticipated Compensation Range: $85,000 - $90,000 annually, plus eligibility for bonus
Work Location and Travel: This position is based at our Fort Worth, TX office. Occasional travel to local patients’ homes is required.
As the Director of Branch Operations, you will guide the branch toward excellence in patient care, team performance, and service delivery. This role is ideal for a strategic and collaborative operational leader with an RN background to make a meaningful impact in pediatric home health care.
In this role, you will:
- Lead Operations: Direct all aspects of branch operations to achieve excellence in patient care, compliance, and financial performance.
- Drive Quality and Efficiency: Partner with clinical and quality teams to evaluate performance data, strengthen care delivery, and implement process improvements that enhance outcomes.
- Develop and Empower Teams: Recruit, train, and mentor staff, fostering a positive and accountable work environment focused on collaboration, growth, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure Clinical Integrity: Oversee documentation, case management, and regulatory compliance to ensure appropriate, timely, and accurate care.
- Support Growth: Represent the organization within the community and with referral partners, building strong relationships that promote service awareness and branch growth.
- Manage Resources: Oversee scheduling, staffing, and operational logistics to maintain efficiency and cost effectiveness.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of healthcare leadership experience
- Registered Nurse (RN) with active licensure
- Degree from an accredited school of nursing
- Pediatric and/or home health experience preferred
