Fitch Baseball Assistant Coach -MOU (3) positions at 5% each at ESC of Eastern Ohio Consortium

AEA supplemental requests via an internal application will be accepted until 2:00 pm on 10/9/2025
External applications (Non-AEA applicants) will be accepted until the position is filled.

Salary: Terms of the MOU: (3) assistant positions at 5% each in effect until August 28, 2027
     AEA Members:  5% of the Base Salary in accordance with the AEA Negotiated Agreement
     Non-AEA Members: 5% of the base salary on the Non-degreed Certificated Salary Schedule

Qualifications:

• Coaching experience at the high school or college level
• Have a thorough knowledge of the rules, regulations, strategies, and techniques of the sport 
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with school staff, parents, and students

The following requirements must be on file to start:

1.  Valid Ohio Pupil Activity Permit
2.  Current Coaches' Tool Chest Certification
3.  Favorable State (BCII) and Federal (FBI) background checks
4.  Negative drug screen result

The successful candidate must meet the requirements of Pupil Activity Permit and complete any compliance courses as recommended and assigned by Administration.
