- Strategic Talent Leadership: Designs and implements a comprehensive talent strategy, including workforce planning, recruitment, succession management, and leadership development, in conjunction with our Chief Culture Officer and President/CEO.
- Performance Excellence: Leads the development of performance frameworks, dashboards, and metrics to drive organizational accountability and continuous improvement.
- Total Rewards & Well-being: Oversees competitive compensation, benefits, recognition and rewards programs that attract, motivate, and retain high-performing employees.
- People Programs: Manages employee lifecycle from onboarding to termination, ensuring exceptional employee experiences. Supports a culture of safety to reduce workers compensation claims. Oversees all employment and unemployment related programs. Ensures equity, inclusion and belonging.
- HR Innovation & Compliance: Reimagines HR processes using human capital technology and data analytics. Ensures compliance and consistent application of Federal, State, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Labor and Employee Relations: Manages labor relations, grievance, and collective bargaining process. Ensures timely and effective employment dispute resolution to mitigate risk.
- Coaching & Development: Partners with CCO and executives to strengthen leadership effectiveness and create robust internal pipelines.
- Organizational Alignment: Ensures that people strategies directly support business objectives, fostering collaboration across Other related duties as assigned.

- Deep knowledge of employment law, complex HR best practices, and labor relations.
- Track record of building high-performance teams and people-centered cultures in complex environments.
- Strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s Degree and HR Certification(s) highly desirable. 10+ years of progressive human resources leadership experience including 5+ years in a senior/executive role. Valid Current California driver license, proof of insurance, clean driving record, and ability to travel to multiple locations on a regular basis.
