- Office in Ipswich
We are looking for a number of Handballers / Devanners / Container Unloaders to join our friendly team on a full time or part time basis in Sproughton, Ipswich.
Shift available: Monday-Friday, 14.00-22.00 hrs
You will receive guaranteed basic pay of £12.45 per hour / £25,896.00 per annum plus 20% uplift for unsocial hours worked. Your expected salary if minimum performance target is met is c.£30,500 and you will have the ability to earn over £50,000!
This role operates on a ‘job and knock’ basis and other benefits include indoor work, minimal wrapping of stock, company pension scheme, holidays, online retail discounts, employee assistance programme, onsite parking + much more!
How will you contribute?
- Reporting to a Shift Manager
- Handballing / Devanning stock from containers / lorries onto pallets in an efficient way
- Minimal wrapping of stock to go into an automated system
- Adhering to health and safety and company guidelines
What will you bring?
- Previous handballer / devanner experience preferred
- Quality focussed approach to your work
- Self-motivated with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to carry out physically demanding work
- Commitment to work in accordance with health and safety and company guidelines
