Registered Nurse - Long Term Acute Care (ICU experience) - Tennessee at Espirita

Position Highlights:

• Provide high-quality care in a state-of-the-art long-term care facility
• Manage a 1:5 patient ratio focused on recovery and rehabilitation
• Work with a multidisciplinary team (physiotherapists, RNs, auxiliary staff)
• Care for patients with complex needs: ventilator weaning, neurological conditions, post-trauma recovery
• Monitor and report clinical data deviations promptly

Requirements:

• BSN in Adult Nursing
• NCLEX-RN passed
• English proficiency (or native speaker)
• 2+ years of recent acute care RN experience
