General Statement:

Under the direction of the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), the Human Resources Business Partner will assist in maintaining the general operations of the Human Resources (HR) department, including recruiting, benefits administration, employee relations, labor relations, and enforcing company policies and practices.  

Minimum Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of human resources experience required.
• HR certification a plus
