A Day in the Life:
The Sr. Field Operations Manager for Consumer Engagement and Field Marketing teams is a key role that involves several critical responsibilities. This position acts as an expert in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), generating and maintaining these documents to ensure consistent operations. They possess deep knowledge of equipment, processes, and procedures for its use, including assisting in the acquisition of new equipment.
The Impact You'll Make:
- Operations Software Tools Administration: Manage backend functions and provide comprehensive field training on operations software tools to improve team productivity and data-driven decision making.
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Management: Develop, maintain, and update SOPs to ensure consistent and efficient operations across Consumer Engagement and Field Marketing teams. This is achieved through rigorous documentation and regular reviews to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Equipment Management and Procurement: Oversee the acquisition and utilization of equipment by evaluating needs, identifying suppliers, and ensuring proper training for usage, which supports seamless field operations.
- Team Building and Training: Travel to new markets to establish Consumer Engagement teams, providing foundational training and support to flagship and new Consumer Engagement Managers and Regional Field Managers, fostering team growth and capability.
- New Equipment Sourcing: Identify and purchase new equipment by assessing operational needs and liaising with vendors, ensuring the teams are equipped with the latest tools to enhance performance.
- Field Training Program Development: Design and implement training programs for new managers to ensure they are well-versed in company procedures and can effectively lead their teams.
- Field Communication and Ambassador Guidelines Development: Design and implement comprehensive communication and guideline resources for Ambassadors, including the creation of Training Manuals, Weekly Quizzes, and Trimester Team Meetings.
Who You Are:
- Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, Communications, Supply Chain, Operations Management
- More than 5 years of experience in Field Marketing or Consumer Engagement
- Between 3-5 years of experience in Management or Marketing
