Registered Nurse (RN) | Full Time Day Shift at Frasier Meadows

Schedule: Full-Time, 32–40 hours/week | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Rotating weekends

Here's what you'll do:

• Provide care for residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care.

• Assess, monitor, and document changes in residents’ conditions.

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.

• Supervise and mentor Resident Assistants in daily care activities.

• Coordinate admissions, transfers, discharges, and care plan updates.

• Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and care teams.

• Participate in quality improvement projects and interdisciplinary meetings.

• Act independently in routine and emergency situations.

Here's what you'll need:

• Current Colorado RN license required.

• Current CPR certification (or obtain within 30 days of hire).

• Experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, or Long-Term Care preferred.

• Knowledge of dementia care and interventions.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

• Computer proficiency, including electronic medical records.

• Compassion, empathy, and a dedication to person-centered care.

• Must pass background check, health screening, and be vaccinated (COVID-19 + Flu).

To protect our residents, annual Influenza (Flu) vaccine, TB test, Drug Screen and Background Check are conditions of employment.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

• Pay Range:  $36.65-$46.43 per hour, plus shift differentials, when applicable:
  • • Evening shift differential +$1.75/hour 
    • Overnight shift differential +2.75/hour
    • Weekend shift differential +1.75/hour
