As an outdoor activity instructor, you will play a pivotal role in creating memorable and life-changing experiences for our diverse range of participants. Whether it's guiding a group of energetic youngsters through a thrilling rock climbing session or leading a team of adults on a raft building team challenge, your expertise will leave a lasting impression on all those you encounter.

Our instructors work hard at the very front of customer service. But the work can be very rewarding knowing that all you do contributes to creating  new skills, confidence and life enhancing experiences for both adventurers and yourself.

In addition to activity responsibilities as members of the Stubbers team you will be required to help other departments. Assisting with camp change overs, site wide maintenance tasks and general housekeeping.

Due to the wide scope on of activities available at Stubbers we will provide the opportunity for staff to take part in National Governing Body courses  and obtain qualifications with British Canoeing, Royal Yachting Association (Sailing, Kayaking, SUP and Canoeing)
