Project & Product Manager at TRG Title Resources Group

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project & Product Manager to support strategic initiatives across multiple workstreams. This hybrid role combines project management, product management, and marketing coordination to drive execution, stakeholder alignment, and business impact. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills and experience navigating cross-functional environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Project & Workstream Management

• Partner with workstream leads to manage timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Facilitate meetings, track action items, and maintain project documentation.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, trackers, and status reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Product Management

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and priorities.
• Support product lifecycle activities including planning, development, launch, and iteration.
• Gather and synthesize user feedback and market insights to inform product decisions.
• Ensure alignment between product strategy and business goals.

Marketing Support

• Support campaign planning, execution, and reporting.
• Assist in the development of marketing materials, presentations, and content.
• Track performance metrics and provide insights to optimize marketing efforts.

M&A Support

• Support M&A-related activities including due diligence and integration planning.
• Liaise with legal, finance, and business teams to ensure smooth execution.

Required Skills:

• Fast learner with the ability to quickly adapt to new environments and challenges.
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and connecting the dots across complex information.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Capable of juggling multiple priorities and managing time effectively.
• Able to work collaboratively with diverse personalities and teams.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and visualization.
• Skilled in creating impactful presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint or similar tools.
