Part-Time Library Shelver at City of Muskego, WI

About the Department

The Muskego Public Library is hiring a part-time (8 hours a week) shelver.  This position reshelves library materials, helps ensure the library shelves are kept organized and works on special projects based on need.  A library shelver requires the ability to follow detailed directions and efficiently sort items in alphabetic or numeric order.  This position will need to be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and push, and pull library materials on wheeled carts up to 300-400 pounds.  Library shelvers report directly to the Circulation Supervisor.  Pay rate starts at $9.00 with increases based on longevity.  Please review the provided job description for a complete list of duties.
