Description
Delmar Gardens West is seeking compassionate and experienced Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for evening shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct, quality, nursing care to residents and short-term rehab patients
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and audits
- Must be able to work closely with the interdisciplinary team to ensure the level of care provided is fully supported in the documentation
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards

Requirements
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Valid RN license in the state of Missouri
- Experience in rehabilitation or short-term care preferred
- MDS and care plan experience in long-term care strongly preferred
- Must be proficient in electronic health record systems
- Familiarity with MatrixCare EHR software is a plus
