Currently hiring for a full-time caregiver/naya for a Friday through Monday day shift schedule.  Two shifts are in assisted living and two shifts in memory care.

The Accounting Manager reports to the Director of Accounting and will assist in review of journal entries, reconciliations, financial statements, and other month end close related items for multiple senior living communities. The ideal candidate excels at leadership, organization, planning, and multi-tasking. This position requires an individual who can prioritize a diverse array of projects and deadlines, while working alongside the Director of Accounting and various managers. Key responsibilities and qualifications include:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain ongoing relationships and communications with various capital partners
  • Engage, support, and manage a group of regional accountants
  • Understand key terms of debt and management agreements
  • Onboard and transition new communities including system setup and reporting
  • Identify improvement opportunities and execute changes to existing processes
  • Perform monthly and quarterly variance analysis
  • Perform quarterly debt covenant calculations
  • Review journal entries
  • Review reconciliations for various balance sheet accounts
  • Review rollforwards and other similar support schedules
  • Review financial statements and distribute to various parties
  • Provide support for annual audits


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • 5-7 years of relevant accounting experience
  • Advanced knowledge of US GAAP
  • Excellent excel skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to communicate with a variety of individuals across the organization
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Desire to learn on the job and grow as a professional
  • Demonstrated ability to lead others
