Requirements

POSITION OVERVIEW
Our Traveling General Manager travels to company locations to stabilize operations, grow the business, and develop permanent leadership teams.

You will lead talented teams, implement operational best practices, and drive profitability while creating sustainable systems. At the end of the year, you can continue in a traveling role or transition into a permanent General Manager position at one location. Travel and housing are fully covered.

**You MUST have experience as a General Manager at a plumbing/HVAC company**

Compensation:

• Base Salary: $120,000 per year
   
• Performance Bonus: 50% of base salary potential
   
• Year-End Bonus: based on your results and impact across all locations

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple locations, driving operational stability, profitability, and team development.
   
• Act as the key on-site leader and problem solver for operational challenges.
   
• Oversee all aspects of profit and loss for each location.
   
• Hire, train, and develop permanent leadership teams for each site.
   
• Set production, revenue, and profit goals and ensure they are achieved.
   
• Evaluate and coach team members to maintain high-quality standards.
   
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction while fostering a positive workplace culture.
   
• Provide structured reports and recommendations for operational improvements.
   

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven operational leadership experience in field service, HVAC, or plumbing.
   
• Strong P&L management experience.
   
• Experience hiring, training, and developing high-performing teams.
   
• Demonstrated success stabilizing and growing multi-location operations.
   
• Willingness to travel extensively and live on-site at company locations.
   

Note: This role requires travel to multiple company locations. Housing and travel expenses are fully covered.
