Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager, Finance Projects & Process Improvement to drive key initiatives across financial/business planning, performance management, and operational efficiency.
This strategic role will focus on designing and implementing scalable finance processes, resolving system and reporting issues, and enhancing cross-regional collaboration. This role will collaborate closely with the HQ reporting and BP&A team, as well as with regional finance teams, to ensure alignment and support enterprise-wide goals.

Key Responsibilities
Finance Process Design & Improvement
- Work with the HQ BP&A team to design and roll out standardized BP&A-related processes (e.g., forecasting, budgeting, performance tracking), ensuring consistency and scalability across global entities.
- Identify inefficiencies in current finance workflows and implement scalable, sustainable solutions.
- Serve as the finance lead on cross-functional projects involving systems, reporting, or process change.
Project Management
- Manage key finance-related initiatives from planning to execution, including stakeholder alignment, timeline tracking, and post-project analysis.
- Drive the implementation of new tools, templates, or systems enhancements that improve financial visibility and decision-making.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate closely with the HQ BP&A team and regional finance teams to ensure process alignment, data consistency, and knowledge sharing.
- Act as a liaison between the global finance strategy and local execution, helping unify practices across entities.
- Partner with IT, operations, and other departments to resolve systemic or process-related finance issues.
KPI & Reporting Frameworks
- Support the development and implementation of consistent KPIs and performance dashboards across the global business.
- Standardize reporting templates and drive best practices in data governance and insight delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA/CMA is a plus.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, finance transformation, or finance project management.
- Proven ability to lead process-driven initiatives and cross-functional finance projects.
- Familiarity with financial systems (e.g., Dynamic 365, Oracle, NetSuite) and planning tools (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive, Workday Planning).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and comfortable working with HQ and global teams across time zones.
- Strong analytical mindset with a drive to optimize and scale.
