Your Mission (should you choose to accept it):
You’ll step into one of our newly created Supervisor – Level I roles, becoming a frontline leader who keeps our snack operations safe, smooth, and successful. Think: people leadership meets process mastery. You’ll guide daily production, coach and develop team members, and help shape the future of our operation. And you won’t do it alone — you’ll be mentored by experienced Supervisors and Managers as you grow your skills in problem-solving, safety, and quality.
Lead People
Inspire, coach, and develop team members to reach their best.
Foster a respectful, accountable, people-first culture.
Kick off every shift with clear, focused huddles on goals, safety, and priorities.
Drive Operations
Keep production safe, efficient, and on track from start to finish.
Partner with QA and operations teams to uphold safety, quality, and compliance.
Step in to run equipment or provide coverage when needed to keep the team moving forward.
Ensure Excellence
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Reinforce GMPs and food safety practices every day.
Spot issues early, escalate fast, and keep the lines flowing.

Schedule & Flexibility:
Supervisors typically work three ~13-hour shifts per week (yes, that’s usually four days off most weeks). Schedules may rotate based on coverage, training, and production needs. Current opportunities may include:
Monday–Wednesday (Days 6:30 AM–7:30 PM / Nights 6:30 PM–7:30 AM)
Thursday–Saturday (Days 6:30 AM–7:30 PM / Nights 6:30 PM–7:30 AM)
Stating Salary:
$60,000-$68,000
