- Manage guest arrivals and departures efficiently, coordinating with front desk staff
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bell area
- Run errands as needed to support hotel operations
- Ensure guest satisfaction through a positive attitude, professionalism, and attentive service
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor
- Physical ability to lift and carry luggage and stand for extended periods
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus but not required
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
