As an Access/Connect Entitlement Support Associate within the Global Corporate Banking team at JPMorganChase, you will play a crucial role in managing client relationships and ensuring seamless access to JPM Access and Chase Connect platforms. You will work closely with internal partners to fulfill client requests, enhance processes, and contribute to the team's mission of operational excellence. Your role will be pivotal in improving client experiences and driving efficiency in banking operations. You will collaborate with Global Implementation, Service & Operations teams to provide flawless service and suggest improvements to procedures. Your contributions will help shape the future of client onboarding and support within the Global Corporate Bank.
Job Responsibilities
- Evaluate and process requests for changes to clients' JPM Access and Chase Connect profiles.
- Resolve complex requests and troubleshoot problems with Operations.
- Act as a liaison between Client Service and operations units.
- Address client issues that fall outside of internal and client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Recommend process and procedure improvements.
- Function as a lead contributor with advanced knowledge of specialization.
- Participate in department and team projects to exceed client expectations.
- Establish and maintain relationships with internal clients at multiple levels.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Minimum of five years of relevant experience in process management or operational excellence.
- Knowledge of commercial banking, corporate and investment bank, or treasury services operations.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Client-focused and detail-oriented approach.
- Quick learner with excellent analytical skills.
- Effective communication, teamwork, and cooperation.
- Ability to understand complex processes and maintain composure in stressful situations.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience in improving process efficiency.
- Ability to think out of the box to resolve client problems.
- Keen attention to detail and ability to handle multiple differing requests.
Additional Information
- This role requires working in the office five days a week.
- Relocation assistance is not available for the role.
