Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Daily responsibilities include: washing dishes through automatic dish machine, restocking dishes, trash removal, kitchen and service floor maintenance and other responsibilities as directed
 - Maintaining dining room and kitchen sanitation
 - Adhere to health, kitchen safety and sanitation standards
 
Qualifications and Skills
- Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age
 - Previous Dishwashing or restaurant experience preferred
 - Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
 
Physical Demands
- Must have the ability to lift pots, pans, etc., up to 50 pounds in weight
 - Ability to place plates, utensils, pans and cases on high and low shelves
 - Mobility required during the entire shift
 - Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to eight (8) hours in length
