About this position
What you'll do
- Lead global digital touchpoints and social media activities across markets
- Develop and execute digital-first campaigns with agencies and content creators
- Manage digital platform projects across product categories to ensure relevance and impact
- Analyze digital performance and competitor benchmarks to identify trends and optimize strategies
- Interpret campaign data to assess KPIs and improve future rollouts
- Test and implement new digital tools and features to enhance user experience
- Support brand-specific digital strategies tailored to market needs
- Collaborate with global marketing and creative teams to deliver impactful digital campaigns
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
- 5 years of relevant experience in digital communications or marketing
- strong analytical skills to evaluate digital performance and optimize campaigns
- proficient in digital marketing tools, CMS platforms, and analytics dashboards and understand social media platforms, trends, and best practices for engagement
- communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken
