This position is a key member of the Finance team, responsible for providing financial analysis and decision support to business leaders. As the Sr. Manager / Manager of FP&A, you will support all aspects of performance management, financial forecasting, and financial decision-making for the business. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, detail-oriented, takes initiative, and works well with cross functional partners.

What you’ll do:

  • Financial Modeling & Reporting: You will help rebuild and enhance the company's financial operating model to provide an integrated view of key growth, profitability, and cash drivers. This model will be used for both short-term budgeting and forecasting, as well as long-range planning, and should be flexible to meet the needs of internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: You will assist in leading the annual budget and monthly forecasting processes by analyzing current trends, establishing financial objectives, and communicating risks and opportunities to business leaders to ensure financial targets are met or surpassed. You will also integrate the budget and forecasting process into Cube, the company’s FP&A tool.
  • Financial Analysis & Decision Support: You will deliver high-quality financial analysis and decision support to commercial leaders to help them evaluate growth opportunities, investment decisions, and expense optimization. This includes providing ROI and sensitivity analysis for business opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: You will partner with various business leaders on initiatives such as new store opening analysis, payroll performance management, and marketing investment strategies.

 

 

What you’ll have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Corporate Finance and/or FP&A
  • At least 1 year of experience at a high-growth startup or multi-channel consumer goods/retail company
  • Experience with FP&A tools is a plus (ideally Cube)
  • Exceptional financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel
  • Strong analytical, prioritization, and organizational skills
  • High level of emotional intelligence and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
  • The ability to transition back and forth between high-level strategic thinking and daily operational tasks
  • A comprehensive understanding of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement) and general ledgers
  • Experience with Netsuite or similar ERP system is preferred
  • Highly collaborative with a hands-on, entrepreneurial spirit and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment

We aim to pay competitively for our size and industry. The base salary range for this position is $140,000 - $150,000 USD, but we will consider location, skill level and experience to determine the final offer.
