Job Qualification
Education Level : Diploma in Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical/Instrumentation
Experience : 3+ years in Manufacturing Industry
Language Skill : Hindi & English (understanding & written)
Computer Skill : Basic Operating System
Job Responsibilities
- To continuously review the production targets as per plan.
- To plan production activities in shift.
- To ensure that raw material is not getting stuck up at one place and there is proper flow of material.
- To maintain the documents as per Quality Management System.
- To take stock of WIP (Work in Progress) at different stages and ensure PO confirmations on time.
- To handle the grievances and day to day concerns of the Operators and if required act as mediator between the Shop Floor Operators and Management
- Knowledge of Basic Mechanical (Solenoid Value, Pneumatic cylinder) in trouble shooting.
- To ensure good housekeeping in his concerned work area as per the 5S norms.
- To conduct the audit of respective work area, maintain the records and take necessary corrective action.
- To review the 5S audit reports issued by Central 5S auditors and take the necessary action to close the non-conformities and inform the auditors with necessary evidences.
