POSITION SUMMARY:
We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our LPS Family! Must be able to demonstrate knowledge and skill regarding the components of effective instruction, at all levels (elementary, middle, high); knowledge of developmental needs of students; effective written and oral communication skills; evidence of ability to establish and maintain effective, cooperative relationships with school personnel, students and parents. Demonstrate desire and ability to function as team member.

EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION:

Current Colorado Professional Special Services License with appropriate endorsements
Current Certification from National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy Inc. (NBCOT)
Hold or be eligible to hold Occupational Therapist Registration through Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies [(DORA) (effective 1-1-09)
Successful completion of field work assignment(s)
Previous experience in subject area and/or level desirable

STARTING SALARY RANGE: (Annual salary schedule based on 1.0 FTE )
WORK YEAR: 187 contract days (district educator calendar)
FTE: 1.0
