Role:  

IT Support Technician – Level 1
Hybrid – Medford, MA | Full-Time. On site minimum of one day per week. 

Position Summary 

We’re looking for a Level 1 IT Support Technician to be the first point of contact for IT issues throughout the company. You’ll help keep our team productive by supporting Microsoft 365, Teams, Intune-managed devices, and other core business tools. This is a great entry level position for someone who is a recent grad, is customer-focused, eager to learn, and ready to grow in an IT career. 

Key Responsibilities

Level 1 IT Support provides front-line IT support via tickets, email, and phone. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

  • Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Teams, Intune devices, and login/access issues
  • Onboard new hires: accounts, devices, software setup
  • Install/update applications and security patches
  • Document solutions and escalate issues when needed
  • Assist with hardware inventory and asset tracking
  • Promote IT security best practices and compliance

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Strong customer service 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365, Teams, Windows, and mobile devices
  • Problem-solving mindset with willingness to learn
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong organization skills

Educational Requirements 

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
