We are looking for compassionate and dependable Caregivers and CNAs to provide high-quality care to our clients. You’ll support clients with daily living activities and ensure their well-being in a respectful and supportive manner. Responsibilities
Provide personal care and assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
Support with Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs) including light housekeeping, meal prep, and errands
Monitor and report changes in client condition to the Case Manager
Accurately document care and observations in agency records
Follow individualized care plans and comply with company policies
Assist with mobility, medication reminders, and companionship
Communicate professionally with clients, families, and team members
What We Offer
Competitive Pay
$16.00/hour (unlicensed)
$17.00/hour (licensed)
+ $2.00/hour weekend differential
+ $1.00/hour raise at one-year anniversary

Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in caregiving or working with seniors
CNA certification preferred, but not required
Ability to use a smartphone for clocking in/out and communication
Reliable transportation, insurance and valid driver’s license
Ability to bend, climb, stoop, and stand an average of 5 hours per day
Strong communication skills and a compassionate nature
A love for the senior community
A compassionate and upbeat attitude
Strong commitment to reliability and ethical behavior
Must be eligible to work in the United States
Willing to maintain skills through continued education
Must be able to pass a background check and drug testing per company standards
Work Environment
The Caregiver will provide services in the homes of their assigned clients
The Caregiver may also provide services to clients in a hospital, rehabilitation, or assisted living setting
The Caregiver must be willing to work on an hourly basis
