Responsibilities
- In-person Marketing and Providing Involvement Information:
- Distribute giveaway materials.
- Engage in conversations with table visitors that focus on each students interests.
- Encourage students with appropriate information that is based on their interests.
- Specialized Role (based on role availability):
- Outreach to include relationship-building, strategic communication with student organizations and campus departments, and presenting on campus involvement.
- Engagement to include creating a vision, researching, and planning for large-scale events, communicating with RSO leadership teams/departments about students who are interested in their organization/employment position, and hosting in-person involvement consultations for students.
- Social Media and Content Creation to include creating and posting:
- advertisements for upcoming events
- spotlights on RSOs (registered student organizations)
- spotlights on student employment experiences
- Photography to include composing and taking photos on campus with a 35mm digital SLR (DSLR) camera (camera to be provided by employer), editing photos, organizing/compiling photo collections, and sharing photos for use on social media.
Qualifications
- Must be enrolled as a part-time or full-time Flagler College student
- Must be able to work 7 hours per week, and some of the hours must occur in the afternoon and some of the hours in the evening
