Position Overview: We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Duct Cleaning Technician to join our Buffalo-based team. This role is essential in improving indoor air quality and optimizing HVAC system performance for our residential customers. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform residential duct cleaning services in accordance with industry standards and safety protocols

• Operate specialized duct cleaning equipment safely and efficiently

• Communicate professionally with clients, explaining services and answering questions

• Maintain accurate records of services performed and materials used

• Keep work areas clean, organized, and respectful of the customer’s home

• Collaborate with fellow technicians and office staff to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC or related technical certification is a plus

• Prior experience in duct cleaning, HVAC, or residential service work preferred

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
