Join our dynamic Corporate IT team and drive operational excellence at BILL by resolving complex issues and advancing continuous employee support. As a Senior Help Desk Specialist, you empower end-users by navigating high-impact technical challenges, mentoring peers, and leading improvements that shape the employee experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Your deep troubleshooting skills, combined with a focus on process and service enhancement, will fuel the company’s scale, agility, and fintech transformation.

You will partner across functions to optimize workflows and elevate the user experience for BILL’s workforce. From responding to critical IT service outages to enabling seamless onboarding and AV support for meetings and company events, your strategic contributions will ensure smooth operations and resilient communications. You’ll document and share technical solutions to foster team growth and knowledge, becoming a pivotal resource for both IT and business operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Resolve advanced technical support requests using analytical and troubleshooting expertiseIdentify data-driven patterns to recommend and implement process improvements
  • Lead incident response for critical IT service disruptions, ensuring timely resolution
  • Mentor junior team members and promote collaborative knowledge sharing
  • Deliver expert AV (audio/visual) support for conference rooms and virtual meetings, including installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of displays, video conferencing systems, microphones, and related hardware
  • Respond to and resolve AV-related technical issues quickly to facilitate seamless internal and external communications across the organization
  • Coordinate with IT and Facilities to schedule, set up, and optimize AV resources for company events, training sessions, and all-hands meetings
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize IT workflows and enhance employee experiences

 

We’d love to chat if you have:

  • Minimum 8+ yrs of related experience with a Bachelor's degree 
  • Proven experience providing expert Help Desk or IT Support, ideally in SaaS or Fintech
  • Hands-on experience supporting AV systems (video conferencing, conference room hardware, digital displays, audio equipment), troubleshooting AV issues, and ensuring the high-quality delivery of virtual and in-person meetings
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to break down complex issues and drive actionable solutions
  • Excellent communication skills—able to tailor technical explanations for diverse audiences
  • Enthusiasm for mentoring others and sharing best practices within a team
  • Commitment to continuous learning and adapting to new technologies and processes

The estimated hourly range for this role is noted below for our office location in Draper, UT. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.
