JOB SUMMARY:
Maintains strong client relationships and, in conjunction with the Sr. Account Director, plans, coordinates, and directs the client-approved strategic direction for assigned projects.
Location: NYC or Chicago, remote
Salary Rate Range: $50-$60/hr
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Functions as primary contact and liaison between the client(s) and the dedicated OP team
- Resources and secures the right retained team members for all incoming projects
- Establishes and maintains strong working relationships with the client and all agency partners
- Confers with client to determine scope of work and budgetary requirements based on client's needs for projects out of scope
- Gather project information from client and work with retained staff to develop proper briefings
- Ensures the client’s voice is heard and understood by capturing and translating accurate client input and feedback, and providing that information to the team
- Able to communicate client priorities, direction and concerns to the team in verbal and written form
- Confers with creative staff, project management and production personnel in selecting appropriate project solutions and estimating costs
- Develops and presents monthly reporting on key KPIs and informs on QBRs
- Ensures integration and consistency throughout all creative projects which consists of digital, video and creative content.
- Monitors project process by developing a close working-relationship with Project Management
- Works with client’s marketing partners and the team in the delivery of holistic, integrated marketing solutions for clients
- Manages sensitive or problematic financial issues with poise, discretion and aplomb
- Works with all client departments
- Keeps the team up to speed on relevant “news” and “happenings” with client
- Work closely with client partner vendors to streamline processes and reduce duplication of effort.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- 5 years, plus related experience in an agency environment
- ECOM experience a plus!
- Understanding and ability to manage creative development process. An understanding of the development of digital creative projects is preferred
- Exceptional proposals, reports and business writing skills
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Keeps current on marketing trends and developments
- In depth understanding of Word, Excel, Powerpoint
