Job Summary

We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our talented kitchen brigade. You’ll be responsible for managing a station, maintaining high standards in preparation and presentation, and supporting the wider team during dinner service. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and ambitious cook looking to grow within a respected hospitality group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and manage prep and service on assigned station (hot, cold, protein, garnish, etc.)
  • Deliver high-quality dishes in a timely and consistent manner
  • Follow recipes and plating standards with precision
  • Ensure mise en place is completed for each service
  • Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and organization
  • Assist with daily inventory and accurate ordering for your section
  • Support and guide junior team members when needed
  • Collaborate with senior chefs and contribute ideas for seasonal menus

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a Chef de Partie or Line Cook role
  • Background in fine dining, luxury hotel restaurants, or upscale casual kitchens
  • Experience across multiple stations (protein, sauce, garnish, cold)
  • Strong knife skills and understanding of kitchen systems
  • Knowledge of French techniques is a plus
  • Excellent communication and teamwork
  • Food Safety Certification required
  • Passionate, reliable, and driven to deliver excellence

Physical Requirements

  • Stand for extended periods (8–10 hours)
  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Work within hot and cold environments, including walk-in freezers and handling ice
  • Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
