We offer a full continuum of care including independent living condos, assisted living, short-term rehab, and long-term skilled nursing. We are currently seeking passionate and dependable Resident Assistants (RAs) to join our dedicated Skaalen team!

🕒 Available Shifts:

• Part-Time positions available on:

  • AM shift

  • PM shift

  • NOC shift (overnights)

• Every other weekend required for all shifts

• Expected hours: 16–40 hours/week

✅ Requirements:

• Must pass a background check and drug screening

• 1 year of caregiving experience preferred

💲 Pay:

• Starting at $17.00 per hour

• Opportunities for shift differentials and overtime

📅 Schedule Options:

• 8-hour shifts

• Day, Evening, or Night shift

• Monday through Friday, rotating weekends, and holidays
