San Diego Mission Bay Resort is a sprawling 357-room resort, boasting multiple dining options, a beautiful, renovated pool, a kid's pool, astonishing Bay views, fire pits and so much more. We are excited to welcome a new Diego Deliveries to Mission Bay to be part of an enthusiastic family that strives to create joyful memories.


 As a Diego Deliveries team member, you’ll have the unique opportunity to connect with guests from around the world while proudly showcasing our hotel, amenities, and surroundings. Part of our Food & Beverage team, you play a key role in creating special moments and memorable experiences. In this highly visible role, every interaction allows you to leave a lasting impression and help turn a guest’s stay into a memory they’ll treasure. 


Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver food, beverages, and amenities to guest rooms promptly, accurately, and in a professional manner.
  •  Greet guests warmly, confirm orders, and respond to any additional requests with courtesy and efficiency. 
  •  Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, supervisors, and fellow team members. 
  •  Provide knowledge of menu items, including ingredients, allergens, and preparation methods, to assist guests with selections. 
  •  Uphold all hotel policies and procedures, including grooming standards, food safety, and sanitation guidelines. 
  •  Anticipate guest needs, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure guest satisfaction.

The OFFER

Requirements

  • Previous food & beverage or hospitality experience preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent guest service and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  •  Must be able to work flexible schedules, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. 
  • Experience taking care of guests in a fast-paced environment.
