💰 $85,000–$90,000 annually
🕒 Full-Time | Shifts: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM or 3:00 PM–11:00 PM | Monday–Friday

Since 1992, we’ve been at the forefront of behavioral health crisis care — providing timely, community-based services for individuals and families experiencing mental health and substance use challenges.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a Mobile Response Team Supervisor to provide clinical and administrative leadership for BCRI’s mobile crisis operations. In this role, you’ll work alongside the MRT Director to guide frontline clinicians, strengthen hospital and community partnerships, and ensure that individuals in crisis receive timely, high-quality care.

What You’ll Do
- Supervise and support Mental Health Clinicians and interns on the Mobile Response Team.
- Lead scheduling and coordinate coverage for shifts and call-outs.
- Serve as the point person for hospital step-downs, diversion referrals, and emergency petitions.
- Triage crisis runs, collaborating with clinicians and the Call Center.
- Strengthen relationships with hospitals, community providers, and referral sources.
- Ensure compliance with reporting, incident documentation, and budget oversight.
- Step in to support mobile crisis runs when specialized expertise is required.
- Track and report monthly data to State and local authorities.

What You Bring
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
- Active Maryland license as LCSW-C or LCPC.
- Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in crisis intervention.
- At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience (preferred).
- Strong crisis intervention, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
