About the Role:
This role is responsible for driving growth by identifying and engaging prospective clients, showcasing Finova’s lending and savings solutions. The individual will build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide insights on market trends and customer requirements. Success in this role requires a metrics-driven approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to translate complex technology into clear business value, helping lenders scale efficiently while enhancing customer experiences.
What will you be doing?
- Drive Targeted Outreach & Pipeline Development: Research and identify ideal customer profiles, build targeted prospect lists and execute personalised outreach to generate qualified meetings and opportunities.
- Solution Demonstrations & Consultative Selling: Present Finova’s lending, savings and servicing solutions to prospects, articulating how the modular platform addresses specific business needs and drives efficiency.
- Engage Across Multiple Product Modules: Support discussions and demos across Finova’s technology suite, including Lending, Decisioning, Servicing, Savings and Broker Management tailoring content to client requirements.
- Metrics-Driven Sales Execution: Track outreach and engagement KPIs (calls, emails, demos, meetings) to ensure consistent pipeline growth and high-quality conversations that convert to opportunities.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with sales, product, and implementation teams to align messaging, capture client requirements and ensure seamless handover post-sale.
- Customer & Market Insights: Gather feedback on product fit, competitor offering, and market trends to inform sales strategy, product enhancements and client success initiatives.
- Continuous Learning & Improvement: Stay up-to-date on Finova’s platform capabilities, regulatory changes, and industry best practices to enhance technical expertise and deliver compelling, consultative client interactions.
- Travel: Travel to industry events when required
About You:
- Prospecting & Research Skills: Ability to identify ideal customer profiles, build targeted prospect lists and leverage company triggers and market insights to personalise outreach effectively.
- Communication & Outreach Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills for crafting compelling emails, voicemails and campaigns that drive engagement and secure qualified meetings.
- Sales Activity & Metrics Management: Proficient in tracking and achieving activity KPIs (calls, emails, connections), analysing results and optimising outreach strategies to improve conversion rates.
- Independent Execution & Initiative: Skilled at managing a personal pipeline, working autonomously, prioritising tasks and proactively identifying new opportunities.
- Collaboration & Team Skills: Able to work effectively within a team, share best practices, contribute to collective goals, and foster a positive, growth-oriented culture.
- Adaptability & Problem-Solving: Demonstrates agility in handling changing priorities, overcoming objections, and applying creative solutions to achieve sales outcomes.
