DEFINITION
This position is designed to provide experience working alongside school site technology department staff to develop the skillset needed to assume higher level positions as they become available. Under supervision of the Director of Technical Services or designee, install, diagnose, maintain and repair authorized equipment and assist site users with District technology. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements / Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Certification/Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent; experience installing/troubleshooting computer hardware and software.
CompTIA A+ certification.
Licenses and other requirements:
Valid California driver’s license.
Personal transportation for job-related travel throughout the District.
Desired Qualification:
Technology related degree, technical trade school, or technical certifications. One (1) year experience in a Help Desk, Desktop Support, or similar role.
AN ASSESSMENT WILL BE PART OF THE SELECTION PROCESS.
