240-day position
Base Salary: $27,705 (salary based on verified previous full-time
experience and education)
Location: Hartsville High School
Available: 2025 - 2026 School Year
*Negative TB Test must be on file prior to starting work
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Strong typing skills required
- One (1) year computer experience required
Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable
Responsible To: Principal
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for gathering, analyzing, and inputting data; generating reports; preparing and processing a variety of documents and records; maintaining student records in designated software application; tracking student data and programs; maintenance of accurate attendance records for students; responding to inquiries from students, parents, district staff, and SC State Department of Education and Federal Systems
- Perform general office duties (i.e. answering the telephone, greeting visitors, distributing mail, copying, and maintaining office machines) necessary for the efficient operation of the school office
- Perform other duties as assigned
