Job Description & Responsibilities 
This role will lead the customer organization’s continuing efforts in the move to a knowledge-centric approach to managing information. The contractor will perform activities as the local Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Enterprise Information Management-SharePoint (EIM-SP). Specifically, tasks include:  
·       Lead and ensure a standardized approach is taken across the customer organization in implementing EIM-SP.  
 Lead efforts to ensure that business processes of managing knowledge within the customer organization mature and become part of the daily standard operating procedure (SOP).  
·       Represent the customer organization as the Point of Contact (POC) on AFMC EIM-SP issues.  
·       Work closely with the Core Knowledge Management (KM) Lead to implement EIM initiatives across the Groups.  
·       Promote increased productivity through the design and use of workflows in SharePoint.  
·       Promote the need for Knowledge Management, and its Return On Investment (ROI) to customer management by appearing at unit Commander’s Calls as well as other venues to assure that needed cultural changes take effect.  
·       Demonstrate/share knowledge on document information mining and management via business process workflows in the SharePoint environment.  
·       Lead and ensure a standardized approach is taken in the requirements, design, interface, test and implementation of SharePoint sites for the organizations working files, workflows, and knowledge sharing tools.  
 
Web Development and Sustainment Functions  
·       Manage/plan for common and context specific content taxonomies in the SharePoint environment.  
·       Troubleshoot issues and associated fix actions for the customer organization’s EIM systems.  
·       Validate role (group) based access management, and deal with issues getting access groups and custom permissions to work properly.  
·       Work closely with the base Client Service Center (CSC) in resolving IT issues related to SharePoint and local Web sites and applications.  
·       Assist local FSA Web Developers in support of the customer’s Extranet web site design and content changes.  
·       Assist local FSA Web Developers on DIACAP packages for local systems.  
·       Work closely with local FSA Web Developers on requirements, design, interface and test integration of local Web applications and workflows into EIM-SharePoint using Visual Studio and K2 Black Pearl.  
·       Author documentation (requirements, design, interface, test, white papers, etc…) as necessary.  
·       Perform life-cycle applications support including: requirements analysis, software design/customization, database design, data administration, software testing, documentation, training, configuration management and deployment.  
·       Provide operational support for application systems including: IT problem resolution, customer support, account/access management, web site, and database administration.  
·       Perform necessary certification and accreditation actions and update/maintain security configuration as directed by the installation IA office.  
·       Maintain compliance with applicable security guidance (STIGs) and SRG.  
·       Ensure compliance with applicable laws and policies including, but not limited to AFI 33-393 and Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act.  
·       Support existing technology/technical solutions to include: MS C#.NET, VB.NET, ASP.NET, Jscript, JavaScript, HTML/XML, LDAP, AJAX, JQUERY, ODBC, Classic ASP, VbScript, SQL/TSQL.  
·       Provide support for migration to future technology/technical solutions.  
 
Education & Work Experience 
·       Associate degree in related discipline, 3+ years of relevant experience 
·        Must have an active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one
